What is Guided Meditation with IFS and Spirituality?
In these sessions, an experienced guide will lead you through a meditation journey. You’ll learn to connect deeply with your inner self while also tapping into your spiritual beliefs or practices if you have them. IFS helps you understand and harmonize the different “parts” or aspects of yourself.

How It Works
