List of Foods that Help to Reduce Inflammation

Do you want to look and feel your best but don’t know where to begin? Many successful people and women visit me for help in improving their health and fitness so they are able to continue making progress in their professional as well as in their personal lives. One of the most important things I talk about with my clients that may be hindering their progress is the constant condition of inflammation.

The body requires an inflammation response in order to treat injuries and infections and to ensure healthy health. However, excessive inflammation is harmful to the body. Let me explain. If you suffer from an injury or an infection the inflammation is just for a brief period of duration. If inflammation persists for longer time periods (known as chronic inflammation) this is when it’s a negative impact on your health.

Chronic inflammation occurs when there is constant low-grade inflammation, or immune system indicators in your blood or in your tissues. This type of inflammation could be interpreted as an issue for your bodyand can cause it to generate more immune cells, which can damage tissues and cells. Additionally, chronic inflammation can disrupt the normal functions and processes throughout the body too. If your immune system is always on high alert it could lead to chronic health problems and diseases such as heart disease, auto-immune disease as well as diabetes and cancer.

The reduction of inflammation that occurs in your body is crucial to keep your body in good shape. Inflammation might not show obvious signs, but it could being causing health issues. Chronic inflammation is result of a myriad of factors, such as sleeping insufficiently and sleep, stress, hidden infections or environmental toxins, as well as eating habits that are unhealthy.

Best foods and drinks to fight Inflammation are:

  • Pineapple : This fruit is delicious and has a lot of punch! Pineapple is a great source of vitamin C. It also contains bromelain, an enzyme that could help in stimulating digestion of protein as well as reduce inflammation of your gut and improve immunity.
