Can you price match?
Fitness Superstore always do there best to match all competitors' prices on a like for like item. Please contact Fitness Superstore via the ‘Seen it cheaper?’ button which appears on every product page. This short form will ask you to supply a few details including where you found the item cheaper (including website link) and the price. Once received, Fitness Superstore will contact you and price match where possible.
Who will deliver my order?
This depends on the item(s) you have ordered from Fitness Superstore, the weight, size and the location of your delivery address. Fitness Superstore have various carriers with specific specialisms to ensure your item arrives to your door on time and in perfect condition.
When will payment be taken?
If your credit/debit card is authorized, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment. Fitness Superstore will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.
